These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the 69bet platform by all registered users in Brazil. Please read carefully before creating your account — by registering, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to all provisions described here.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "User") and 69bet (hereinafter "Platform" or "69bet"). By accessing, registering for, or using any service provided by 69bet, the User expressly and irrevocably agrees to all provisions of this document.
69bet reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When this occurs, the "Last updated" date will be revised and users will be notified by email or via a platform notice at least 7 (seven) days in advance for material changes. Continued use of the platform after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the changes.
These Terms apply to all 69bet services, including Sports Betting, live casino games, slots, crash games, and any other features currently available or added to the platform in the future.
To create and maintain an active account at 69bet, the User must meet all of the following criteria simultaneously and on an ongoing basis:
69bet reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any of the above criteria at any time. Providing false information to meet eligibility requirements constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account suspension and retention of any balances, in accordance with applicable law.
3.1 Account Creation
Signing up with 69bet is free and done entirely online. To create an account, the User must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including: full legal name as shown on an official ID, valid CPF, date of birth, active email address, and a Brazilian mobile number.
3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)
Identity verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal. The process requires submission of: (a) a government-issued photo ID (RG, CNH, or passport); (b) proof of residence dated within the last 90 days. Verification is permanent — once completed, you do not need to repeat the process for future withdrawals, unless account details change or 69bet makes a justified request.
3.3 Account Security
The User is solely responsible for keeping their login credentials (email and password) confidential. 69bet strongly recommends using a unique, strong password and enabling two-factor authentication when available. Any activity carried out using the User's credentials is their responsibility, unless they notify 69bet immediately upon identifying unauthorized access.
3.4 One Account per CPF
Creating more than one account per individual is strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts will be blocked upon detection, and any associated bonus balances will be cancelled. Real-money deposit balances may be returned following individual review and identity verification.
All deposits at 69bet are made exclusively in Brazilian reais (BRL). The platform accepts the following payment methods:
The minimum deposit is R$ 10.00 per transaction. 69bet does not charge deposit fees, although your financial institution may apply its own charges depending on the payment method. Deposited funds are available immediately upon transaction confirmation, except for boleto bancário and TED transfers, which are subject to standard clearing times.
69bet reserves the right to request proof of the source of funds in cases of unusual deposit volumes, as an anti-money laundering (AML) measure in compliance with Brazilian law.
5.1 Processing
Pix withdrawals are processed within minutes of approval — in practice, most requests are completed in 5 to 15 minutes. The maximum processing time for any withdrawal method is 24 (twenty-four) business hours in exceptional cases. 69bet charges no withdrawal fees for any available method.
5.2 Minimum and Maximum Amounts
The minimum Pix withdrawal is R$ 20.00. Withdrawals above certain amounts may be subject to additional security review in accordance with 69bet's internal criteria, without affecting the maximum processing time set out in this section.
5.3 Withdrawal Requirements
For a withdrawal to be processed without issues, the User must: (a) have approved KYC verification; (b) have met the rollover requirement of any active bonus, if applicable; (c) use the same payment method for the withdrawal as for the deposit, where technically possible; (d) have no pending bets under investigation for irregularities.
5.4 Withdrawal Refusal
69bet may refuse or temporarily hold a withdrawal in cases of suspected fraud, violation of these Terms, or legal obligation. If a withdrawal is refused, the User will be notified and may submit additional documentation for review.
6.1 Placing Bets
Bets are recorded once confirmed by the 69bet system and displayed in the account history. A bet is only valid after explicit confirmation on the platform — adding it to the cart is not sufficient. 69bet reserves the right to refuse or limit bets at any time without obligation to provide a reason, provided the staked amount is returned in full to the User's balance.
6.2 Odds & Changes
The odds displayed at the time you confirm your bet are the ones that apply — any subsequent changes do not affect bets already placed. If odds are clearly incorrect due to a technical error, 69bet reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake to your balance, with notice provided to the User.
6.3 Event Cancellation
If an event is cancelled, postponed by more than 48 hours, or concluded before regulation time without the wagered market having been determined, the bet will be voided and the stake returned to the balance. Exceptions apply to regulation-time result markets settled before the end of the match.
6.4 Live Betting
Live bets are final upon confirmation. Given the dynamic nature of live markets, broadcast delays may occur. 69bet is not responsible for bets placed based on delayed broadcast information. The system may automatically reject live bets when the game situation renders the odds invalid.
6.5 Accumulator Bets (Parlays)
In accumulator bets, all selections must win for the payout to be issued. If one event is voided, the multiplier is recalculated without that selection — the bet remains active on all remaining events.
Casino games available on 69bet — including slots, live blackjack, live roulette, baccarat, crash games (such as Aviator), and others — are powered by independently audited RNG (Random Number Generator) technology or streamed in real time with live human dealers, as applicable.
The RTP (Return to Player) stated for each game is the value audited by the provider responsible for developing that game. 69bet does not control the individual outcomes of any casino game — results are determined solely by each partner provider's certified software.
The User acknowledges that casino games involve the risk of financial loss and that no system, strategy, or method can guarantee long-term positive results in gambling. 69bet does not guarantee profits, does not endorse "foolproof strategies," and is not liable for losses resulting from normal use of casino games.
Any technical malfunction in a casino game voids the results of the affected round. The amount wagered in that round will be returned to the User's balance.
8.1 General Bonus Terms
Every bonus offered by 69bet — including the 100% welcome bonus up to R$ 500.00 — is subject to specific Bonus Terms available on each promotion's page. In the event of a conflict between specific Bonus Terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion Terms shall prevail.
8.2 Rollover Requirement
Balance bonuses carry a wagering requirement — meaning the bonus amount must be bet a set number of times before any winnings generated from it can be withdrawn. The rollover multiplier and contributing markets are specified in each promotion's Terms. For reference:
8.3 Bonus Validity
Unused bonuses or bonuses with incomplete wagering requirements that expire within the validity period (generally 30 days from activation, unless stated otherwise) will be automatically cancelled. Free spins have their own expiry period, which is indicated at the time they are granted.
8.4 One Bonus at a Time
69bet does not allow multiple deposit bonuses to be active at the same time. Any active bonus must be completed or cancelled (forfeiting the bonus balance) before a new one can be activated. The User may opt out of any promotion at any time.
8.5 Bonus Abuse
Any attempt to exploit bonuses in a manner contrary to the spirit of the promotions — including creating multiple accounts, using systematic hedging, or placing low-risk bets to meet rollover requirements without genuine exposure — constitutes bonus abuse and may result in bonus cancellation and account closure.

If any of these behaviors are identified, the account may be immediately suspended, bonus balances cancelled, funds held pending investigation, and, where applicable, the matter reported to the relevant authorities.
11.1 Closure by the User
The User may request account closure at any time via support chat or at suporte@69bet.cash. Prior to closure, any available balance may be withdrawn provided all applicable requirements are met (KYC and bonus rollover, if applicable).
11.2 Suspension or Closure by 69bet
69bet may suspend or close an account in the following circumstances, among others: violation of these Terms; suspected fraud, money laundering, or match-fixing; request by a competent authority; identification that the User does not meet the eligibility criteria; or by unilateral decision with 30 days' prior notice and no obligation to provide a reason, provided the real-money balance is returned.
11.3 Balance Upon Account Closure
If an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms where identifiable harm has been caused to 69bet or third parties, the platform reserves the right to retain funds up to the value of that harm, following formal notice to the User. Bonus balances are cancelled without refund in any case of account closure resulting from a Terms violation.
69bet collects, stores, and processes users' personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Law (Law 13,709/2018 — LGPD). The legal bases for data processing include: contractual performance (account operation and payment processing), legal obligation (identity verification and anti-money laundering compliance), and legitimate interest (platform security and fraud prevention).

69bet is not liable for losses of any kind resulting from: (a) normal use of betting and gaming services, which inherently involves financial risk; (b) service interruptions caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance, with or without prior notice; (c) internet connectivity or device failures on the User's end; (d) betting decisions based on information from delayed live streams.
69bet's maximum liability under any circumstances is limited to the real-money balance available in the User's account at the time of the event giving rise to the claim. In no event shall 69bet be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or moral damages arising from use of the platform, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable Brazilian law.
69bet may update these Terms at any time. Material changes — those that significantly affect users' rights or obligations — will be communicated at least 7 (seven) days in advance via email to the registered address and through a prominent notice on the platform.
Minor operational changes (such as adjustments to minimum deposit or withdrawal amounts, addition of payment methods, or inclusion of new sports) may take effect immediately, with an update to the revision date of this document.
If the User does not agree with material changes, they must close their account before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
15.1 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any dispute arising from these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in the district of São Paulo, with waiver of any other jurisdiction, however privileged.
15.2 Dispute Resolution
If you have a complaint about the platform, please contact 69bet support first via live chat or at suporte@69bet.cash. 69bet commits to responding and seeking a resolution within 10 (ten) business days. If the dispute is not resolved internally, the User may pursue available legal remedies under Brazilian law.
15.3 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the specific terms of each promotion, constitute the entire agreement between the User and 69bet, superseding any prior communications on the same subject.
15.4 Partial Invalidity
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a competent court, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision will be interpreted as closely as possible to the original intent of the parties.
